RIP Productions has been involved in the haunted attraction industry since 2002 bringing total Fear and Mayhem to Northern Illinois with the Trail of Screams, Screamatorium Haunted House and Fear Asylum Haunted House!

Each year we strive to continuously stay on the cutting edge of the entertainment industry utilizing digital technology, Hollywood-quality props and prosthetics, hosting guest appearances by professional Horror film actors and providing quality, professionalism and entertainment value to every patron.

Our  team of talented set designers, scenic artists, craftsmen, lighting designers, and make-up artists begin work in preparation for the following season a week after our attractions close. Hours of makeup preparation are needed to create the gruesome gallery of ghoulish monsters, mutants, and mayhem that keep you up all night! 

Each year our “Scream Team” of dedicated actors and volunteers from local drama clubs, schools and organizations that assist in the scares that leave you crying in a corner with your insides bleeding and your underwear soiled are required to attend a safety procedure/orientation session and intensive rehearsal training by professional instructors prior to our doors opening for the season.
